the staff was very helpful. they changed our room upon request to a better view room. i could book the spa privately for myself. it was nice and modern.

the shower did not close properly, so there was water in the bathroom. it was not super clean!

The location was acceptable for accessing nearby attractions.

The room had some noticeable flaws. The shower door did not close properly, resulting in water spilling onto the bathroom floor. the noise from the nearby metro was quite disruptive (it really made it hard to fall asleep).
